My Coaching Philosophy

The coaching model I chose (of the many available) is an integrated method, taking into account mind body and spirit. In the years since my accreditation, I have practiced in several countries with ages from 19 to 73, individually and in groups. I have seen the method work over and over in the most gratifying ways.

  • How does Life Coaching work?

Well, two heads are better than one. Both of us focus on figuring out exactly where you stand now and where you think you would rather be. Whether you are stuck emotionally, spiritually or work-wise, by taking small thought-out steps, testing and researching we find a clear path.

  • Yes, But How?

We start in the now and head for the future. I have specific training to guide the downloading of the clutter in your mind so you can clearly articulate what you actually want. We examine the resources you have to work with and find those you may need to add.

  • I thought Life Coaching was about Goal Setting?

Yes it is, but not just random or wishful thinking goals. What we want are reasonable, considered, achievable goals, tailored for your temperament, skills, and personality. Getting there is a process we refine as we go.

  • But is it all talk?

No. Coaching is not therapy, though it may be therapeutic. Our mutual goal is to get you quickly on your feet so you can test out your new choices. Goals are time-specific. The first couple of sessions are probably the most talk-heavy. You will leave each session with an action plan for the week.

  • Who benefits from Coaching?

Anyone who is ready and motivated to accept responsibility for his or her choices. The intention is not to change YOU but to align your life more satisfactorily with who you are.
